In addition, photography, video, and audio recordings taken during the workshop will be collected. All collected information will be used solely for purposes related to planning, project management, communication, collaboration, public relations, evaluation, and follow-up processes directly associated with this workshop. The organizing committee will maintain the confidentiality and security of all personal data with the highest level of protection. The data will be retained for a period of one year after the workshop concludes, after which it will be securely deleted or destroyed. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without the explicit consent of the data subject, except as required by law.
